Beaufort Shrimp Festival 2023
Celebrating Lowcountry Culture and Cuisine
October 6th & 7th, 2023, thousands of seafood lovers will flock to downtown Beaufort, South Carolina to take part in this annual festival celebrating traditional Lowcountry cuisine and culture.
Patrons can expect to savor the best fresh-caught shrimp in the world during the 29th Annual Beaufort Shrimp Festival, featuring unique shrimp dishes from the region’s foremost restaurants and chefs.
The festival will take place in downtown Beaufort, SC at Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park - just off the back River Deck (patio) of Panini’s on the Waterfront. Admission is free to the public and food/drink is sold separately.
Hungry for Beaufort Shrimp?
Come hungry and ready to sample a smorgasbord of shrimp specialty dishes, prepared fresh by local restaurants as they vie for the grand prize (and bragging rights for the year).
Other activities include an artisan craft market, free live music and entertainment, a 5k race, and activities for the kids like shrimp peeling and heading competitions.
You’re only steps away from Panini’s full menu of specialty entrees, appetizers, drinks, and of course… shrimp! You can see the back of our building and River Deck just to the right of the main stage towards Bay Street.
